Mic Wrangler Merit Badge

A mic wrangler, also known as an A2, manages microphones and maintains headsets as a show runs. It's their job to hunt down and collect microphones from dressing rooms, costume pockets, wings, scenery and other random places actors decide to leave them. They are some of the first people in for sound check and the last people out. Did I mention mics in RANDOM places? Yeah, I thought I did.

As a crew member we know how stressful putting on a production can be. Sometimes you just have to celebrate the small victories in life, the good, the bad and the close calls. Show technicians some love by giving them a special badge of honor for their dedication to the craft.
