Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Returns are accepted for unused items in the original condition they were sent. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery. Return postage is paid by the customer. All shipping costs are not refundable.

Returns are not accepted for custom or personalized items and digital downloads.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mightywithalltrades@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. You may receive a replacement or a refund.
