If a director or designer has any down time, chances are they are reading a script. These magnetic bookmarks will hold your place in your script. They are designed to look like mini Samuel French and Dramatists plays and “Hold Please” bookmarks are shaped like arrows.

When someone needs to temporarily halt the action on stage, they call a hold. The actors fall silent and remain completely still.
